Zenit Oil Award 2020/21

Every year, the Zenit Oil Award selects the best Extra-Virgin Olive Oil made from award-winning olives to incorporate under our brand. This ensures we deliver the best possible Extra-Virgin Olive Oil under our label year after year.

At Zenit Awards we pick the best olive oil harvests worldwide, selecting the best products among the well-established brands, mainly across the Mediterranean.

Every year we bottle a small quantity of the oil produced from these awarded fruits, all collected during early harvest. Our Collector’s Edition composes of 3,000 bottles of the best Extra-Virgin Olive Oil worldwide, the equivalent to the fruit of 270 trees. What makes this olive oil unique is that we collect the olives using our Moonlight Harvest method.

Moonlight Harvest

Ancient farmers would harvest at night to get the best quality and flavour out of their produce. Harvesting before sunrise increases the intensity of the flavour by avoiding the heat of the sun and protecting the fruit, this keeps all of its properties intact. After harvesting the olives, it only takes four hours to produce our Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.

We then bottle the Zenit Oil Award into our high quality, non-porous, carefully crafted ceramic bottles, protecting our Extra-Virgin Olive Oil from light and temperature changes. We add our logo to the bottles using real gold and five Swarovski® Crystals, to represent the stars shining down on our moonlight harvest.

Finally, our Zenit Oil Award is ready to delight 3,000 privileged customers. They will enjoy the best and most exclusive Extra-Virgin Olive Oil in the world.

The Zenit Oil Award for 2020-2021 was awarded to an extraordinary local production from Segura de la Sierra in Jaén (Spain), considered the most important olive oil production region in Europe.
